As a capstone, interns will organize and lead a courageous conversation to help their host organization fulfill its mission.

Added Bonuses
LEAD STL amplifies the internship experience through professional development opportunities, which include an orientation session, networking events, leadership skill-building workshops, and a concluding session where interns share their learning outcomes.
