At LEAD STL we believe that the journey towards social change is a family affair. That's why we offer a robust parent/ guardian programming component as part of our comprehensive approach to leadership development. If you're a parent or guardian of student participating in Cultural Leadership or Emerging Changemakers, you're strongly encouraged to attend our series of facilitated workshops held during our monthly programs. These workshops provide an educational experience that parallels your child's, equipping you with the tools to engage in meaningful discussions about issues like equity, race, and social change while also supporting your child through their own journey. It's also a great way to meet new people and forge your own community of supportive parents and guardians. Conducted by professional facilitators and experienced educators, these sessions complement your child’s learning and help deepen the impact of the LEAD STL experience for the entire family.
